The scenes where Angela Barrows (Constance Cummings) and Mr Martin (Peter Sellers) visit the Harris tweed weavers were filmed at Holyrood Park in Edinburgh. There was also studio based back projection work on the closeup scenes which showed them in a land rover being shaken about as they drove along.
